Spicy Chicken tortilla... Well my version:)

All right.... Many have asked for this.

And I'm kind of ashamed because its just a lil too easy!!!

 

Ingredients:

8 cups of water

1 1/2-2lbs of Fajita Chicken Breasts chopped

1/2 cup knorrs Caldo de tomate bouillon(Spanish isle)

3 cups chopped potatoes

1 tbs salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and ground cumin.

Cilantro

1 15oz can black beans

1 12oz pouch of frozen corn

Lemon and lime juice

1 small can rotel

 

 

 

 

 

alrighty::

add 8 cups of water

1 1/2-2lbs of Fajita Chicken Breasts chopped

1/2 cup knorrs Caldo de tomate bouillon(Spanish isle)

3 cups chopped potatoes

1 tbs salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and ground cumin.

Cilantrto to a pot and begin to simmer,continue to stir. 

 

Continue to simmer add drained black beans, corn, cilantro, corn, lime and lemon juice, and rotel....

 

continue to simmer untill everything to cooked through....

you can fix the recipe accordingly.... I personally don't like to measure!

 

eat in a huge bowl! I add Spanish rice to ours and cheese! Yum!
